Our Alcohol Free Gins are made using the only Spinning Cone Vacuum Column Still in the UK. This process ensures that flavours and characteristic top notes aren’t burnt in distillation. Existing Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin enters the still and is extracted in 3 streams:
-Water
-Existing flavours and aromas within Whitley Neill
-Alcohol
At the end of this process, the water and flavours/aromas are blended, which recreates the ‘gin’ with zero alcohol.
