Espresso Gin Martini Popcicles

Whitley Neill London Dry Gin Ice Pops

Try this unique twist on an infamous Espresso Martini. Freeze these down and are perfect served as an after dinner treat.


  • 6 tbsp caster sugar
  • 250 ml espresso, cooled
  • 4 tbsp Whitley Neill Original London Dry Gin
  • 8 tbsp water


Dissolve the sugar in the water over the heat and bring to the boil. Take from the heat and pour into a cocktail shaker. Add the cooled down espresso and gin then shake well. When cool pour into moulds and freeze. A perfect post dinner party treat.
