RHUBARB & GINGER SPRITZ
- 1.7 fl oz Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger Gin
- 0.5 fl oz Lemon Juice
- Top Lamb & Watt Hibiscus Tonic
- Garnish: Orange Slices
Take a highball glass and fill with cubed ice. Pour all ingredients into the glass and give it a quick stir to infuse. Add your garnish, sit back and enjoy.
