When you want something a bit spicier this gin cocktail, made with Whitley Neill London Dry Gin, is sure to please. Lime, chilli and mint!
Ingredients
40ml Whitley Neill Original London Dry Gin
20ml Blood orange juice
Fever-Tree Mexican Lime Soda
Squeeze of fresh lime juice
Whole red mild chilli
Mint sprig
Cubed ice
Method
Mix all ingredients in a high ball glass with lots of ice. To finish garnish of half a chilli and fresh sprig of mint.
