Ingredients
60ml Whitley Neill Connoisseur’s Cut Gin
20ml Dry vermouth
10ml Grapefruit juice
2 drops Grapefruit bitters
Garnish with a cherry and grapefruit peel!
Method
Stir in a mixing glass with ice for 20 seconds and strain into a martini glass.
