Light and refreshing gin spritz made with Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin for a sweet and spicy royal twist.
Ingredients
50ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger Gin
200ml Fever-Tree Mexican Lime Soda
Lime wheel and sprig of mint
Large cubed ice
Method
Add Gin to a spritz glass or large wine glass filled with ice. Top up with soda and garnish with wheel of lime and sprig of mint.
