20ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger Gin
10ml Lemon juice
50ml Apple juice
Prosecco
Slices of apple
Method
Add the gin and juice to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake to combine. Pour into a flute glass and top up with prosecco. Garnish with slices of apple and a sparkler for a celebratory touch.
