Sharing jug cocktail packed with fruitiness and warming ginger spice thanks to Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger Gin and a dash of ginger ale. Top with prosecco.
Ingredients
150ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger Gin
50ml Fresh Lemon juice
100ml Cloudy apple juice
300ml Ginger ale
200ml Prosecco
Stick of Sliced Rhubarb
Slices of fresh Apple
Mint Sprig
Large cubed ice
Method
Build all the ingredients into a jug or carafe with the exception of the prosecco. Add ice to the mix and stir well. Finally top-up with prosecco to lengthen and garnish with fresh slices of green apple, clapped sprig of mint and if available a stick of fresh rhubarb.
