Sweet and spicy gin spritz made with Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin, a dash of apple juice and your choice of ginger ale. Make it fiery ginger if you dare.
50ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger Gin
50ml Cloudy Apple juice
20ml Lemon juice
100ml Ginger ale
Add all ingredients into a spritz glass or large wine glass over cubed ice. Stir gently to mix all the flavours. Finally top-up with prosecco to lengthen. Garnish with a lemon wedge and clapped mint sprig.
