Ingredients
60ml Whitley Neill Pineapple Gin
25ml Chambord raspberry liqueur
50ml Pineapple juice
Method
Add all ingredients over cubed ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake well for 20/30 sec. Strain contents into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a wedge of pineapple or a pineapple leaf pegged to the glass.
