Bring the sweet romance of orange orchards to this Aperol spritz cocktail with a serve of Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin.
Ingredients
40ml Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin
20ml Aperol
40ml Grapefruit juice
Soda water
Grapefruit wedge
Basil leaves
Cubed ice
Method
Add Gin, Aperol and juice to a spritz glass or large wine glass filled with ice. Stir gently blending the flavours. Top-up with soda or sparkling water to lengthen. Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit and sprig of basil.
