Light and refreshing gin spritz made with Whitley Neill Blackberry Gin for a berry twist.
Ingredients
50ml Whitley Neill Blackberry Gin
200ml Fever-Tree White Grape & Apricot Soda
Green apple slices
Mint sprig
Cubed ice
Method
Add Gin to a spritz glass or large wine glass filled with ice. Top up with soda and garnish with fresh slices of green apple and sprig of mint.
